From what I read here is that if in a few word for that whole chapter is just like the teachings of the previous Prophets and Messengers who always taught us to control our thoughts or discipline our thoughts. If we can control our thoughts then that will be when the inner self bear it fruit. Please feel free to add up or correct me if I misunderstood.
