Homeless People more sensible & humane?

Salamalaykum fellow truthsekers,
it is so good to see that a big part of the homeless people - most likely those who are not being destroyed by drug addiction - really seem to know a lot about being humane, and have a far more educated mind & common sense than the mainstream.
It is also interesting that the basic humans needs they retreat to first are not house, safety, and money - but rather
- connectedness with the God, or at least the right to make time to actually think for themselves
- exploring truths e.g. What is humane behaviour, What is the ideal form of governance, Busting the illusion if the "individual"
- and the wish for self-sufficiency without enslavement
