Assalamu'-3alaikum waRahmatullaahi waBarakaatuhu,

InshaAllah you will love this one: http://corpus.quran.com/
The Quranic Arabic Corpus is an annotated linguistic resource which shows the Arabic grammar, syntax and morphology for each word in the Holy Quran. The corpus provides three levels of analysis: morphological annotation, a syntactic treebank and a semantic ontology.
For an example of the word-by-word translation in action, see http://corpus.quran.com/wordbyword.jsp?chapter=33&verse=33. At the bottom of this page is an audio player for you listen to a recitation of the same Aayah, so you know how it sounds.

Alhamdulillaah arRahmaan :)

BTW the 'ask Litesoul' (or anyone else who knows Arabic) option should still be kept open, because words may have different meanings depending on the context/Ayaah they are used in, as well as an all-together different literal meaning too. :)
