Question: May the peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you
In the Name of Allah the Abundantly Merciful, the Intuitively Merciful
All praise is for Allah the Lord of the Worlds
O Allah sends Your prayers on Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdi
Let me ask you a question insha'Allah. My husband divorced and now he is doing 3 cycles of menstruation, I would have liked to know insha'Allah if he had to free me and if I could remarry insha'Allah

Iddah (the waiting period) of the divorce of the non-pregnant woman is three states of purity. And the state of purity which separates the divorce and its menstruation is counted as a state of purity as short as it is.
That is, her iddah (waiting period) ends after she sees the third blood, meaning the third menstruation.
This means you can get married. May Allah swt grant you success.
